Shanghai, July 26-29, 2025 – At the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) themed "Global Solidarity in the AI Era," Westwell made its eighth consecutive appearance, showcasing its upgraded Q-Tractor P40 Plus, flagship autonomous Q-Truck and next-generation hierarchical intelligent model system Hymala under the theme of "Ainergy Global Logistics".

Q-Truck: From Sci-Fi to Global Logistics
In 2021, Westwell’s driverless Q-Truck caught the attention of the filmmakers of The Wandering Earth 2 with its revolutionary cabless design, becoming the film’s sole autonomous truck. Now, both the Q-Truck and E-Truck have joined The Wandering Earth 3, reinforcing their status as "sci-fi logistics pioneers" and showcasing China’s formidable strength in the deep integration of AI and new energy technologies.
As the flagship of Westwell’s Qomolo® autonomous driving solutions, the Q-Truck has achieved global commercial success: Its cabless design redefines heavy trucks, while its swappable and upgradable battery system ensures adaptability. Since 2020, it has been depolyed across major ports and logstics hubs worldwide, such as Thailand’s Laem Chabang Port, COSCO Abu Dhabi Terminal, UK’s Port of Felixstowe, Malaysia’s Westports, and multiple Chinese inland ports and industrial hubs.
Beyond enabling fully autonomous logistics, each Q-Truck cuts 50 tons of CO₂ annually (equivalent to planting 4,545 trees under full green energy use), setting a dual benchmark for smart and sustainable multimodal transport.
Revolutionizing Air Cargo: Q-Tractor P40 Plus Makes Global Debut
The Q-Tractor P40 Plus, making its global debut, targets air cargo, industrial parks, and logistics centers with 200 km range and 5-minute battery swap capability.

Addressing labor shortages and efficiency gaps, Westwell delivers not just autonomous vehicles but an integrated smart freight ecosystem -- combining fleet management, energy solutions, and safety systems to build "Smart Airports" holistically.
Proven in real-world deployments, Westwell’s aviation solutions are scalable and replicable. The Q-Tractor has been already deployed at Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals and SAL Cargo Terminal at Shuangliu Airport, and recently secured Ezhou Huahu Airport.
Hymala: Reshaping Multimodal Logistics with AI
As logistics shifts from mechanical execution to intelligent collaboration, Westwell’s hierarchical intelligent model system -- Hymala tackles cross-system coordination with:
- An LLM-based language processing model;
- A multimodal situational awareness model (ViT-based);
- A spatiotemporal prediction & task-scheduling model (PFM architecture);
- A self-trained VLM for autonomous driving.
In logistics hubs, the system dynamically allocates tasks, predicts conflicts, and optimizes resource dispatch while enabling real-time adjustments via TTS (Test Time Scaling). It also auto-generates operational insights through digital twin analysis.
Westwell plans to expand partnerships across seaports, land ports, airports, and factory logistics, scaling the Hymala for port dispatching, plant distribution, and trunk-line coordination.
With over 200 clients across 28 countries and regions, Westwell continues to lead the transformation of logistics through its "Ainergy" strategy -- merging AI and new energy. Westwell remains committed to developing innovative technologies that will shape the next generation of smart supply chains worldwide, and partnering to usher in the next era of global smart logistics.
